National stimulus plan to drive China's software outsourcing industry - insider

A government plan to inject funding into China's electronics and IT industries announced last month will allow China's software outsourcing industry to maintain an annual growth rate of between 20 percent and 30 percent this year, an industry insider told at the 2009 Piper Jaffray & ChinaVenture Investment Conference in Shanghai on March 17.
