"Model City in Service Outsourcing of China"

At the national service outsourcing symposia held in Nanjing on Feb.2, 2009, 20 cities including Dalian, Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an were confirmed as "Model City in Service Outsourcing of China" by the State Council. It shows that the software and service outsourcing industry in Xi'an has developed as the top of China.

20 test cities include Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Dalian, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Haerbin, Chengdu, Nanjing, Xian, Jinan, Hangzhou, Hefei, Nanchang, Changsha, Daqing, Suzhou and Wuxi separately. A series of measures for encourage and support including tax preference, financial fund support, training of practical persons, special hours of labor, financing support, intellectual property right protection, improving investment environment etc. will be carried out in the 20 cities above mentioned. It is an important way to promote the development of service outsourcing industry for the purpose of pushing adjustment of China industrial structure, transferring development method of foreign trade, increasing employment chance of students graduated from universities and colleges.

What Xi'an is confirmed as "Model City in Service Outsourcing of China" will play positive role for promoting the development of software and service outsourcing industry in Xi'an, quickening the construction of new champion city in global software and service outsourcing and realizing the great target of "Two number one" put forward by Wen Premier.
