CHINA'S SOFTWARE OUTSOURCING MARKET VALUE UP 19.53%

China's software outsourcing market value hit CNY 4.53 billion in the third quarter of 2008, representing an increase of 19.53% from year-earlier period, up 8.79% from the previous quarter, according to the latest reading of Analysys International.

Japan remained the most popular target, contributing 51.6% to the total revenues of Chinese software outsourcing companies.
