Shanghai launches 1st software outsourcing park

The first professional software outsourcing park in Shanghai was launched in Zhabei District of Shanghai Municipality last Thursday. With the name Dragon Park, the outsourcing base covers an area of 38,000 square meters in the first phase, consisting eight office buildings. 28 companies have set up operations in the park.
