Five Forecasts about China's IT Market in 2006

Analysys International, a leading Internet-based business information service provider, releases five forecasts about the IT market in China in 2006.

Among the five forecasts, China's IT Outsourcing is voted as the No.1.

1. IT outsourcing will become market hotspot in 2006.

Big domestic players will merge with small contractors. Various providers will join the offshore outsourcing service market. Software outsourcing firms will actively enter European and American markets. Consolidation will be very popular among software outsourcing firms. There will occur, for the first time, software outsourcing firms with over 4,000 employees. However, it will still require some time for the concept of management application outsourcing to be accepted in the small- and medium-sized enterprise market.

2. Over 30 cell phone viruses will occur in 2006.

3. Chinese management software providers will transfer their project operation mode from "631" to "541".

4. Supply chain operation combined with e-commerce will become mainstream pattern in medicine logistics informationization.
