China Attracts More Attention

China and India are rivals of providing offshore services; software developing is one of the top services. They are both growing efficiently and rapidly. However, recent survey shows that India won't have the capability to produce either highly-trained or university-educated youngsters to meet the demand. It is certain that demand for engineer degree holding individuals is very high. The number of English speaking engineers required is increasing every year to do the work for oversea companies mainly from Europe and America. The demand is much higher than what India can supply. Due to this reason, a lot of customers will choose the alternative, which is China, a nation with plenty of highly educated and experienced workers. Though the shortage of English speaking employees is a main problem even for China, the potential market and newly relevant policy are really irresistible. Evidently, numbers of customers have complained to India that they could not understand the operators with their strong accent when they speak English.
