MES Implementation

To show our experience we wish to elaborate on the implementation part of MES. By considering accompanying we focus on being the partner and we will comply with the vendor's demands. Therefore, we would like to explain you how Huatek would potentially approach such an implementation process. Since a MES connects to every aspect of your facility, the implementation has to be done in a solid, safe and structured way. To implement MES, a factory acceptance test needs to be performed, the software has to be installed and the data currently existing in systems must be migrated. A pilot or prototype project will be run to make sure the implementation will run without problems.

After the product testing within Huatek in a simulated environment, several options are open. The way of implementing always depends on the customer's needs for which we provide all flexibility.

According to the customer's deployment schedule, our engineers can be sent on-site to do the local testing of the MES system. Finally the system will be implemented in the production area. The maintenance and support can be done on-site or remotely. Offshore teams will be used for controlling the formal release, version control, budget and time control and further testing.
